1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and q77 ("q77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the q77 online gaming platform available at q77.lat and any associated mobile-optimized pages (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on q77, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as q77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the q77 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. q77 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a prohibited person, including without limitation any employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee, officer, or director of q77 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game-content providers.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. q77 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You are not self-excluded from q77 or any affiliated gaming platform, and you have not been banned or restricted from using the Platform.

q77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, driver's license, or passport) — at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension and/or forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the q77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q77 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify q77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. q77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

q77 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on q77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). q77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, USDT, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 (subject to change).
• Deposit funds are credited to the q77 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within seconds.
• Withdrawals are processed to the Player's verified payment method on record. q77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts not registered in the Player's name.
• q77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially higher than the Player's typical deposit or activity profile.
• Players must complete all applicable KYC (Know Your Customer) and identity verification requirements before their first withdrawal. Unverified accounts may have their withdrawals placed on hold pending completion of verification.
• q77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

Players are reminded that gaming funds are for entertainment purposes and q77 accounts are not to be used as financial holding or transfer accounts. q77 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating payment method where suspicious or irregular transaction patterns are detected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

q77 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free game credits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's promotional balance and may require satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• q77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to collusion, the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• q77 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a Player qualifies for any particular promotion.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the q77 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operators. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to review these rules before placing real-money bets.

Live casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger — are conducted by professional human dealers in licensed studios. Random Number Generator (RNG) games such as slots and bingo use certified RNG software audited by recognized independent testing laboratories. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other Players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money laundering, the use of proceeds of crime, or any financial activity that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits through your payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account operation.
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity of the q77 Platform or adversely affects the experience of other Players.

q77 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of account balances where legally permissible, without any obligation to provide prior notice or explanation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the q77 Platform — including but not limited to the q77 name, logo, graphical user interface, software, text, images, and game content where owned or licensed by q77 — is the intellectual property of q77 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of q77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, q77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds arising from technical failures, network interruptions, or unauthorized account access.

q77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the balance held in such Player's q77 wallet at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits q77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy

q77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. q77 is committed to protecting the privacy of Filipino players and handles all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Responsible Gaming

q77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. All Players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits from within their account settings. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all q77 Players:
